It is that time of year once again when we celebrate and honour excellence of performance throughout the care sector.  The purpose of the awards is to recognise and pay tribute to individuals who have demonstrated outstanding excellence whilst undergoing their respective duties within the sector.

 It is very pleasing to announce that, from a number of high calibre nominees, three Enara Staff have been selected to progress to South West Regional Final Awards 2011.  

 The Enara Staff shortlisted are:

Emma Lewis – Village Homecare (Swansea)    - The Care Innovator Award

Emily Longville – Village Homecare (Caerphilly) - The Home Care Worker Award

Sarah Shannon –Village Homecare - The Care Trainer Award

The winners will be announced at the Gala Dinner in Bristol on 4th November, 2011.
