Induction and Training

All new home care staff at Enara receive a comprehensive induction which includes our Code of Personal Conduct, Terms and Conditions of Employment, Health and Safety, and a whole range of best working practices.

Supervisor and management opportunities

Enara offers opportunities for carers to advance their careers by moving up into supervisor or managerial posts in our branches and at our head office in Woking, Surrey.
