 Enara provides domiciliary home care services. We make it possible for people to stay at home, rather than moving unnecessarily into a residential or nursing home. At home, our Service Users can retain their dignity and avoid increasing dependency. They can be surrounded by their own belongings (and pets perhaps), and can be visited by friends and relatives whenever they wish. If there is a problem, we can respond to a call at any time, 24 hours a day.
The nature and level of our care service is entirely governed by the needs and requirements of each individual Service User. Each User will have his or her personal Care Plan, which will be reviewed at regular intervals.
We don’t only care for the elderly. People of any age, perhaps with an illness or disability, may require care. Sometimes this care may be needed over a long period, sometimes it may only be required for a few weeks (getting back on one’s feet after a spell in hospital, for example). Enara’s services are very varied and very flexible – we even look after children and babies.

 In short, Enara provides a full range of care services, specially tailored to individual requirements. We don’t claim we never have problems or complaints. But we have good policies and procedures in place to keep these to a minimum, and to act on them immediately as they come to light.
